Planning

There's my starting weight. 241.4 pounds.

This blog was created with the intention of keeping me on track with my weight loss. Here are my guidelines...

1) Take a photo of my body on the 1st day of every other month and post it
2) Post a photo of the scale with my current weight each Tuesday
3) Post at least once each week

Here is the first body photo. Goodness. This is intimidating. I've been this way for far too long.
